What are some examples of conversation/script we can use for onboarding someone as an impact advocate?

I was never able to really get 3 builders under me, and for me as a business owner it was frustrating. I feel like if I don't have those people who are as passionate about this business as I am. I don't know if DoTERRA has changed over years, I just wonder what would be the best way to build with doTERRA at this point.

As I begin to reach out, I am finding a number of people doing the oils from the other company.  How do you gracefully be around them? I have absolutely no interest in them but yet I would love to promote Doterra.
